RCHDC's central office is located in Ukiah, CA in picturesque
Redwood Country, two hours north of San Francisco on Highway 101. It is
the county seat of Mendocino County and has a population of approximately
30,000 including the areas surrounding the city itself. The area offers
many recreational and cultural opportunities. The Corporation develops,
owns, and manages housing developments in Lake, Mendocinio, Siskiyou,
Tehama, and Humboldt Counties in the State of California. The Corporation
also manages housing developments in Reno, Nevada.
