The Mission of Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation (RCHDC) is to provide decent, affordable housing to low and moderate-income persons. RCHDC manages over 1300 apartments of multi-family low-income housing for families, seniors and special needs clients across a six-county region in Northern California.
